Fifth trip of 2023
Panther Creek State Park, Morristown, TN

  July 17 - 21

Longest journey with the rig so far, 240 miles from home. Truck and trailed did great

Met my Brother and Sister-Inlaw (Jim and Diane) came in from Richmond VA.

Jim gave us 2 Kayaks and Heidi and I made our first attempt to figure out navigating same.

They also brought and demonstrated their electric bikes.  The power assist was

mandatory to conquer the very steep hills surrounding the lake and camp ground

The park was awesome with plenty of activities, however the heat was overwhelming

and we did have some rain to deal with this time.  We occupied our time with good

food, drink, conversation, and games.  Bonnie was a happy camper just being with us

and played with Jim's dog Gus.
